A Minor Thor Interruption (With Bonus Tony)

| THE MARVEL FANDOM HAS COME FULL CIRCLE.

| HE DID THE THING

Even Robert Downey, Jr., has lost the ability to distinguish between himself and Tony Stark. It isn't just the Internet anymore. Either that, or he just doesn't care. It's probably both.

Here's something kind of funny, as well:

Is there a single member of the Avengers cast the Internet does not love? Tom Hiddleston seems to be a universal favorite, however.

I still have not seen Thor: The Dark World. I've seen several people say that the plot is so-so (generic dark elf sorcerer who has spaceships a la Star Wars and wants to destroy the world), but that the interactions between Thor and Loki are brilliant. Also, someone apparently dies, and it's not the someone I wanted to die. *snaps fingers* It's actually someone I didn't want to die.

*shakes fist at Marvel* Stop ruining Norse mythology!

Ah, well. Let's see what Rick Riordan makes of it in a few years. *rubs hands gleefully*

Random Stuff

I am allowed to post random stuff. Random pictures, that is.

I really don't do many text posts anymore, but in my defense summer is really uneventful and I like it that way.

So, random pictures it is.

For you Avengers/Doctor Who fans:

Loki the Tardis

Now that your minds are blown...

...they are extra blown.

This should prove to my sister why I need a red plaid shirt. I mean, duh.

All my favorites, too.

And so apparently someone on Tumblr said they needed to post the weirdest things they had to scare off Yahoo. They then added: "I'm looking at you, Sherlock fandom."

Weirdness most definitely ensued.

I only post the tame stuff:

Oh... my... goodness... Sherlock fans, you have too much time on your hands. Far too much.

That is Lestrade, isn't it? It would be so embarrassing if I were wrong...

And then, for Harry Potter fans:

Now, while the pictures are funny in themselves, what is even funnier is the comments I found on them:

| So here you see two photos of Emma and Rupert displaying elegance and serenity—and then there’s Dan. "I HAVE A BRANCH ON FIRE! I’m not Daniel! I AM HARRY POTTER!

| | i don’t know what makes me laugh more the comment or the photo.

| | | On the bright side, Dan is not on fire.

| | | | did u just go there

| | | | | DAN IS NOT ON FIRE.

The comments make everything better. XD

Avenger Stuff (This Is For You, Elaine)

:)

Because this stuff needs to be posted, too. Lots of pictures today, precious! LOTS of pictures! Three whole posts of them, with relatively little commentary!

Seriously, Loki's face is the best. The rant about capes was one of the main things I remember from The Incredibles and so I try to bear in mind that while cloaks that can actually be used to keep warm in are removable and perfectly permissible for characters in a fantasy world, completely pointless capes that do nothing other than make the wearer cool are a definite no.

No capes!

This one is ESPECIALLY for you, Elaine, as I know how much you like Peanuts, and, well, since Hawkeye is your favorite character...

Aw, what the heck. I'll give you more Hawkeye pictures. :) Be happy.

Not my art, of course. Why would anyone think this is my art? I've only ever scanned in ONE of my pictures for a PowerPoint (that presentation was a failure regardless) and it was such a hassle I have no real urge to scan in my other 500 pictures. And that is no exaggeration. I literally have four binders full of pictures. And they are 2" binders, not the little puny 1/2" ones you might stick a few sheets of notebook paper in for a class, too...

Besides, I can't draw realistically. I also fail at drawing manly guys. Dunno. Somehow I just can't get the proportions right to draw muscular guys and it ends up looking weird. So I tend to bury them in armor or capes (CLOAKS! I MEANT CLOAKS!) or something and try to ignore the issue...

Plus, I still draw by hand. I don't draw on Paint, and, goodness no, I don't use Photoshop. If I've barely figured out how to use Paint, I certainly will never be able to use Photoshop.

Of course, now that I've used the word 'never'...

I just love this. Donuts. Angry Fury. Cap, Thor and Tony just not caring in the least. LOL. Gotta love those guys.
