I Have A Mighty Need

I really don't care what happens in Avengers 2: The Age of Ultron. I don't care about the plot. I don't care if Thor or Loki is in it. I'll be happy to see Agent Phil Coulson, but he isn't necessary.

No.

What I really want is the Winter Soldier.

He must be in it.

I have it all planned out. This is how it goes:

The Avengers are confronting the villain. Perhaps the villain is threatening the innocent populace; perhaps he has a weapon of mass destruction on hand. Perhaps he is doing the usual evil monologue. At any rate, they can't deal with him immediately because of various circumstances. And then...

BOOM. HEADSHOT.

The first and only indication anyone gets of the Winter Soldier is a sniper bullet suddenly taking out the villain.

Cue the newest addition to the Avengers team and even more epicness.

Please. This must happen. I'm begging you, Marvel. Do it. Dooooooo it.

I saw Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Accurate gif is accurate. My brain literally hurt from the awesomeness. As for my feels? They've been pretty much destroyed.

Oh, Yeah, Thor 2 Is Coming

I just found out that the 9th Doctor from Doctor Who plays Malekith the Accursed (a.k.a., the villain) in Thor: The Dark World.

No doubt, the Whovians will be able to explain away everything in that movie. XD Hey, they do it already with Harry Potter, don't they? Everyone is a Time Lord in the Wild Mass Guessing sections of TVTropes.

On that note...

I now dare you to go back and rewatch Captain America: The First Avenger with all of this in mind. I think it will result in some Minds Blown. I am already a terrible person to watch the movie with, since the whole scene involving Heinz Kruger I am yelling, "Go, Nazi guy!" and in general being a RA fangirl and devoted member of the Armitage Army instead of cheering on Stever Rogers.

Why must you play the villains, Mr. Armitage? It places us fangirls who try to be sane in such a dilemma!

Of course, Elrond is also evil in that movie, but he is for some reason easier to watch. Dunno why. Maybe he's just a really entertaining villain.

Oh, and I am reminded that I legitimately saw the surname Erskine yesterday. I think it was on the building of a law practice firm. Still, I pointed it out and said, "Hey, it's like the doctor in Captain America!" My family ignored me, as was only proper.

I Can't Tell The Difference, Either

So, yeah, I can see Smaug being a consulting detective any day over Tony Stark. Dunno, but that's just how my mind works.

That being said, I saw an interview where RDJ admitted that he had a problem of often thinking he's Tony Stark, so, yes, that last comment is accurate.
