Hey, Look, I'm Back

...Um, how do I even begin to explain?

(1) I gave up Tumblr and fanfiction for Lent.

(2) I finally cracked and downloaded Google Chrome. Okay, it was primarily because of internet homework. YOU try maintaining your composure when you have to reboot the whole stupid system after every two problems and end up spending several hours trying to do what should have taken two at most.

I'm not sure what to think of Chrome so far. It hasn't been noticeably faster than Internet Explorer. However, it doesn't jam up during my internet homework, so I'll use it for that. It also keeps offering to translate the German pages I look up for my presentation research for me... I finally got it to stop asking.

Anyway, Blogger works with Chrome! It should... *shoots dirty looks at Google* Why did I choose Chrome in the first place? I hate Safari. The buttons are all in the wrong places. Mozila Firefox... eh. I'd heard good things about Chrome; I guess that's my main reason. However, I'm still keeping Internet Explorer to be on the safe side.

Honestly, I don't know what's going to appear on my blog here over Lent. Right now, my brain is an... interesting mix of science, math frustration (don't ask about differentials... just don't), and crack. Some of that may have to do with just finishing Fruits Basket. Yep, I read it all in my spare time over the past week.

And now I plan to try Yu-Gi-Oh! again. Gosh, I'm nuts. But seriously, whatever medium the story first appeared in is the best. Plus, psycho!Yami is absolutely hilarious, if you go in for Black Comedy. The last time I read it, I was keeping a running count of how many people he set on fire. Good times, good times. XD

Okay, So Apparently The Problem Is MY Browser

I am using Internet Explorer on a different computer and I have not had a single problem with Blogger. Weird. I don't know what's up with the installment of it on my computer. Maybe I had better head over to Microsoft's website and check for updates. AGAIN. Although they are supposed to download and update automatically. Go figure.

Whoa, It Worked!

Frowning Mycroft is an appropriate reaction image to my issues with Blogger.

So, apparently I can post pictures and videos only if I don't use Internet Explorer. This poses a bit of a problem. I can't always be stealing my mom's iMac to blog random pictures, now, can I?

Internet Explorer in general has been hating me lately, and I don't know why. I'm fairly sure I have the latest version, so why does it want me to update? Gah.

In Which I Express My Confusion

So I've noticed that I only gain followers (not like I'm really trying to gain any) on my Tumblr when I leave it alone for a few days at a time.


Lo and behold, I come back to this after abandoning it for weeks and find I have a new follower.

Anyway, hello! Not sure how much I'll be posting here with Internet Explorer refusing to let me upload pictures and videos... Honestly, I've considered abandoning this for good. But we'll see.

This Does Not Bode Well

It's not a good sign when your differential equations professor accidentally leaves a typo in the first quiz of the semester and causes the whole class to fail question #2.


I don't even know whether to write down what he puts on the board because he cannot do basic arithmetic and doesn't seem to have grasped the difference between a plus sign and a minus sign.
